What happens to what you write.

Your email address. Your timezone, so your question arrives in the morning where you are. Your ratings and anything you write, for each of your four rounds a year. That is the whole list.

If you took 11Q in 2025, we moved your ratings and written answers from our previous system into 11Q so we could return them to you.

No tracking pixels. No advertising cookies. No analytics that follow you around. The only cookie-like storage we use is the one that keeps you signed in. Sign-in links expire after 24 hours. Staying signed in lasts 30 days from your last visit.

News emails from The Life Empowerment Center are optional. You'll only get them if you choose to, at signup or later in account settings. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any news email, or write to admin@tlec.info. Newsletter subscribers are kept in Squarespace Email Campaigns, separately from your 11Q account. Your 11Q answers and ratings are never used for marketing. Deleting your 11Q account doesn't remove you from the newsletter; use the unsubscribe link in any news email for that.

In a hosted Postgres database run for us by Lovable Cloud. The database is encrypted at rest and every connection to it is encrypted in transit.

On top of that, your ratings and your written answers are encrypted a second time before they are stored, with a key kept outside the database credentials. Someone holding only a copy of the database gets ciphertext, not sentences.

This is not end-to-end encryption. Our server has to be able to read your answers so it can show them back to you: your earlier rounds after you answer a question, and your Year in Review. If our server could not read them, those features would not work.

Emails from 11Q are sent through Lovable's email service. They link to the site and never contain your ratings or what you wrote. The one exception: if you took 11Q in 2025, the email returning those answers includes them.

In 11Q, only you. While a round is open, you can change your answers. Once it seals, nothing in it can be changed. That rule lives in the database, not in the page you are looking at. Your earlier answers on a question appear only after you've answered it in the current round, and only to you.

No staff tool shows answer content. There is no admin preview, no support view, no debug screen that displays what you wrote. Our delivery dashboard shows metadata only — which email, to which address, sent or failed, and when. Return emails are never stored in that log.

Your answers are only decrypted when you open them yourself, and to prepare the email returning 2025 answers. Nothing else decrypts them.

Plainly: a database administrator with the right credentials and the encryption key could technically reach the underlying data. Anyone who tells you otherwise about a service like this is overstating it. That is exactly why the number of people with that access is kept as small as possible, why the key is held separately from the database, and why every decryption writes an entry to a log that cannot be edited or deleted, including when you open your own answers. The log records that an access happened and when. It never contains your answers.

Your answers are never published. There is no public archive and no sharing feature, and we will not build one.

They are never sold, never given to advertisers, never used for research, and never used to train a model of any kind. We do not send them to an AI service.

We may disclose data if a court orders us to. We would not have a choice, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Nothing you write enters a chart. No clinician reads it. It is not a diagnosis, not a screening, and not therapy.

11Q is built for adults with ADHD. If you're under 18, please don't sign up. We ask you to confirm you're 18 or older when you sign up, and we don't collect your date of birth.

Until you delete it. We keep your answers so you can look back on them each round and in your Year in Review; there is no automatic expiry date.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your answers, every round and year, your profile, your email delivery records and your account itself. It is a real delete, not a hidden flag, and we cannot undo it or recover anything afterwards. Backups roll off within 30 days.

You can stop 11Q from any 11Q email or your account. Future rounds and emails stop. Your past answers and Year in Reviews stay in your account until you delete everything. You can restart anytime from your account.

If two rounds pass without a rating or note, we pause your 11Q emails and send one invitation to start again. We'll still tell you when your Year in Review is ready.

Sign in and use Delete everything in your account settings. You type a confirmation phrase and it's gone. You don't need to ask us, and we can't undo it.

Deleting everything does not remove the access log. Its entries stay, each holding only a random account number and the time of an access. They never include your email address, ratings or anything you wrote, and once your account is deleted that number points to nothing.

If you've lost access to your email and can't sign in, write to us and we'll do it for you.
