What happens to what you write.

Your email address. Your timezone, so your question arrives in the morning where you are. Your eleven ratings. Anything you type in the written box. That is the whole list.

No tracking pixels. No advertising cookies. No analytics that follow you around. The only cookie-like storage we use is the one that keeps you signed in.

If you join the waitlist outside October, we hold your email address until October, email you that 11Q is open, and keep a record that we did so we don't email you twice. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that deletes your address immediately.

In a hosted Postgres database run for us by Lovable Cloud. The database is encrypted at rest and every connection to it is encrypted in transit.

On top of that, your ratings and your written answers are encrypted a second time before they are stored, with a key kept outside the database credentials. Someone holding only a copy of the database gets ciphertext, not sentences.

This is not end-to-end encryption. We are honest about that: our server has to be able to read your answers in order to email them back to you a year later. If we could not read them, the return would not work.

You can, until you seal. After you seal, the database itself refuses to hand your answers back to you until their return date. That rule lives in the database, not in the page you are looking at.

No staff tool shows answer content. There is no admin preview, no support view, no debug screen that displays what you wrote. Our delivery dashboard shows metadata only — which email, to which address, sent or failed, and when. Return emails are never stored in that log.

The only automated use of your answers is rendering the email that sends them back to you. Nothing else reads them.

Plainly: a database administrator with the right credentials and the encryption key could technically reach the underlying data. Anyone who tells you otherwise about a service like this is overstating it. That is exactly why the number of people with that access is kept as small as possible, why the key is held separately from the database, and why every decryption outside the return email writes an entry to a log that cannot be edited or deleted — including when you open your own answers.

Your answers are never published. There is no public archive and no sharing feature, and we will not build one.

They are never sold, never given to advertisers, never used for research, and never used to train a model of any kind. We do not send them to an AI service.

We may disclose data if a court orders us to. We would not have a choice, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Nothing you write enters a chart. No clinician reads it. It is not a diagnosis, not a screening, and not therapy.

11Q is built for adults with ADHD. If you're under 18, please don't sign up. We ask you to confirm you're 18 or older when you sign up, and we don't collect your date of birth.

Until you delete it. We keep your answers so we can return them to you each year and show you what moved; there is no automatic expiry date.

Deletion is permanent. It removes the answers, the annual runs, your profile, your email delivery records and your account itself. It is a real delete, not a hidden flag, and we cannot undo it or recover anything afterwards. Backups roll off within 30 days.

One thing survives: the access-log entries, which record that a run was opened and when. They contain no answer content, and they are append-only by design — including for us.

Sign in and use Delete everything in your account settings. You type a confirmation phrase and it's gone. You don't need to ask us, and we can't undo it.

If you've lost access to your email and can't sign in, write to us and we'll do it for you.
