What is 11Q Your ADHD?

James Ochoa, LPC-S · Last updated September 28, 2026

11Q Your ADHD is a yearly reflection tool built specifically for adults living with ADHD. Once a year, it invites you to sit with 11 questions covering the areas that matter most to how ADHD actually shows up in daily life: your spaces and routines, how you handle overwhelm, whether you trust yourself to solve ADHD-related problems, how you're doing with acceptance of your own brain, time management, seeing your traits as strengths instead of deficits, asking for support, bouncing back from setbacks, trusting yourself as the expert on your own ADHD, your calming practices, and how developed your internal support systems are for regulating emotion.

Each question gives you two ways to answer: a quick rating so you can see, year after year, exactly what's changed, and an optional line in your own words, so the moments and stories behind that number don't get lost. When you come back the following year, you'll see what you said last time before you answer again. It's a small, honest mirror held up to your own growth.

11Q Your ADHD was created by James Ochoa, LPC-S, author of Focused Forward: Navigating the Storms of Adult ADHD and a specialist in adult ADHD for 30+ years, through his work at The Life Empowerment Center. It exists because so much of managing ADHD well isn't about fixing yourself. It's about staying connected to yourself, noticing what's actually working, and building on it, one year at a time.
