Eleven questions.Eleven days. One year to see what moved.

A question from 11Q

How it works

Eleven mornings now. A clearer view next year.

STEP 1

Sign up any day in October

Your email address, that’s the whole form — no intake, no ADHD screening.

STEP 2

Eleven days from your start

One question each morning. Rate 1 to 10, and add a written answer if you want one — optional every single day.

STEP 3

Seal it

On the eleventh day you seal. After that you can’t read your answers, and neither can we.

STEP 4

A year later, compare

Your answers come back with last year’s ratings beside this year’s, so you can see what actually moved.

See what moved.

Last yearThis yearExample data

Movement is the point, not the score. A number that dropped is worth as much attention as one that climbed — sometimes more.

The vault

Sealed means sealed.

Once you seal your answers, the database itself refuses to hand them back before their return date — that rule lives in the database, not in this page. They stay closed until they return to you one year after your start date.

Your ratings and writing are encrypted before they’re stored, with a key held outside the database. No staff tool displays them, and the only automated use is emailing them back to you. It isn’t end-to-end encryption: our server has to read your answers to return them. The privacy policy says exactly who could reach them and how that’s logged.

There is no public archive and no sharing feature. We will not build one.

Honest scope

Clear about what 11Q can do.

What it is

  • A structured annual self-assessment built around eleven parts of life that ADHD reaches and most check-ins never ask about.
  • Free and open to anyone anywhere — you don’t have to live in Texas and you don’t have to be anyone’s client.
  • Written by clinicians who work with adult ADHD every day and refined after a full year of participant responses.
  • Yours, and the point is seeing it again next year.

What it isn’t

  • Not therapy and not a substitute for it. Nobody reads or responds to your answers.
  • Not a screening or diagnostic tool — the ratings measure how developed something feels to you. They can’t tell you whether you have ADHD and they don’t try.
  • Not scored or totalled. No combined number, no type, no profile, nothing to pass or fail.
  • Not a clinical record. Nothing enters a chart, and writing here doesn’t make you a client.

Pick a day in October. The rest follows.
